内容简介：

首次利用基因沉默技术，通过在宿主植物中产生同源dSRNA序列，沉默寄生杂草埃及列当的甘露糖6-磷酸还原酶基因，进而增强宿主对寄生虫的抗性，为寄生杂草的防治提供了新的生物技术途径。
